Orders + Shipping
Yes, we ship all over the world. Duties and taxes are not collected at checkout.
Domestic ground shipping is complimentary. 2nd Day and Next Day Air UPS rates are calculated at checkout. International orders are charged the UPS worldwide saver flat rate for each country.
Orders ship within 24 hours. Domestic orders take 3-5 business days. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
If you require any changes to your order; including incorrect address details and/or item sizing, contact concierge@delphinenyc.com immediately. We process orders within 24 hours and cannot guarantee any amendments to your order. If your order has already been processed, DELPHINE does not accept responsibility for incorrect details entered.

Returns
For domestic returns, start your return or exchange process at https://delphine.loopreturns.com/#/. Domestic orders are eligible for refund or exchange if the return is initiated within 14 days of delivery. Returns are complimentary.
If you are in the New York City area, you may return your order at our pop-up location located at 980 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10075.

DELPHINE will accept domestic and international returns of full price merchandise within 14 days after your order has arrived. Items must be in new condition to qualify for return or exchange. We define new as unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with all original tags attached. All packaging must accompany the product and must also be in new condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise does not meet this criteria.
DELPHINE is not responsible for product lost or damaged during shipment. Refunds or store credit will be issued within 7-10 business days from the date received to our warehouse via the original form of payment and payment amount.
Items must be marked as shipped back to us within 14 days of original delivery date.
Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

Due to the delicate nature of this fabric, please be mindful of liquid perfume, deodorant, perspiration and extra care around jewelry, sharp objects and rough textures and surfaces that may damage this piece.
Delicate dry clean only. Do not wash, bleach, tumble dry or low iron. Doing so may damage the integrity of this piece and DELPHINE cannot accept damage caused by improper treatment.
